Martin and Libby provided design for replacement of the splash wall (pile cap), parapet (wall) rail, and portions of the walkway at the Mission Beach Boardwalk from Ventura Place to the Belmont Park Comfort Station.  The splash wall and parapet rail were designed to match as nearly as practical the original construction depicted on the March 1925 drawings.
