Martin & Libby performed complete structural engineering design services for the construction of a three-story Lifeguard Station, a Public Comfort Station, and Maintenance Building . Located at the Coronado Beach, the three buildings were constructed of concrete masonry units with structural steel elements on mat foundations with a sheet pile seawall and cast-in-place concrete cap surrounding the lifeguard station.
