Martin and Libby provided structural evaluations, investigations and design for the San Diego New Main Library through several site changes.  Design work began in the current location with the Rob Quigley/SMWM/TSNC Collaborative team in January 1996.  The 492,500 square foot, 9-story reinforced concrete building is located on Park Blvd in downtown San Diego adjacent to Petco Park.
